Teresa Ratliff, a 40-year-old woman from Toledo, OH, tragically lost her life on February 28, 2021. She was shot at least once on the 3700 block of North Erie Street in Toledo. Despite being treated at the scene and transported to the hospital, Teresa succumbed to her injuries. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 4:30 a.m.
