Keondra KeKe Hooks, a 1-year-old girl of African American ethnicity, tragically lost her life on August 9, 2012, in Toledo, OH. She was shot inside the Moody Manor Apartment complex, and her death led to a significant legal case. The incident also resulted in injuries to her 2-year-old sister, Leondra.
