Murdered

On March 6, 2001, Betty Jagodzinski, a 76-year-old woman, was found unconscious at the bottom of her basement stairs in her home located on Bronson Avenue in Toledo, Ohio. She was discovered by her family members who called for emergency assistance. Jagodzinski was transported to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center but died approximately four hours later due to blunt craniocerebral trauma. Her death was subsequently ruled a homicide.
