In the autumn of 2017, the life of Javon D. Sims, a 22-year-old male from Fort Wayne, Indiana, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of November 7th, violence erupted on Smith Street, leaving two young men shot. Javon was critically injured in the incident and rushed to a local hospital.
