In the summer of 2020, on the evening of July 21st, tragedy struck in Fort Wayne, Indiana, forever altering the lives of two families. Allen Lamar Ruffin, a 31-year-old man, was at his girlfriend's home on Lillie Street. While he was occupied with fixing a doorbell camera, with his back to the street, the tranquility of the evening was shattered by the sound of gunfire.
