Porter La'Shon Billians, a 19-year-old from Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2015. He was found shot to death inside a vacant house located in the 6200 block of Kent Road. The house had been used as a "party house" by several individuals, including Xavier M. Miller and Anthony Townsend. Billians was discovered with a .40 caliber bullet wound to the back of his head.
