In the autumn of 2024, a wave of violence struck a neighborhood in Fort Wayne, Indiana, forever altering the lives of one local family. On the evening of October 3rd, 19-year-old Preston Jermere Church II, a Black/African American male, found himself in the 6000 block of Waycross Drive.
