Daniel W. Arnett, a 34-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was fatally shot on December 3, 2013. He was pronounced dead at Lutheran Hospital shortly after the incident. The Allen County Coroner's Office determined his death to be the 44th homicide in Fort Wayne and Allen County for that year.
