James D. Land, a 47-year-old man from Manchester, Ohio, was found dead early on the morning of January 26, 2025. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 4:42 a.m. in the 300 block of E 7th Street. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Land suffering from fatal injuries, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
