On March 28, 2024, James "Jimmy" Shoemaker, a 37-year-old resident of Manchester, Ohio, was tragically killed in a shooting incident that also claimed the life of another individual, Sharon Kay Mozingo. The incident occurred at a residence on West 6th Street in Manchester, where authorities discovered the two victims. A third person was also shot during the event and was reported to be in critical but stable condition following the incident.
