Elgin Markeith Davis, a 34-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 22, 2020. Davis was found shot to death on the city's southeast side, specifically in the 4600 block of Werling Drive. The Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a call at approximately 11:20 p.m. regarding an unknown problem. Upon arrival, officers discovered Davis lying in the street with gunshot wounds. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
