Johnny Mathes Foy III, aged 39, tragically lost his life on October 12, 2021, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The incident occurred late at night when police responded to reports of a shooting in the 2300 block of John Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Foy inside a vehicle with gunshot wounds.
