Felton Oneil Walker, a 23-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life on March 26, 2019. The incident occurred late at night around 10:30 p.m. when multiple gunshots were reported in the 4400 block of Smith Street. Upon arrival, police found Walker inside a home, unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
