In Fort Wayne, Indiana, a 21-year-old male named Luke Matthew Borror, who was Caucasian, tragically lost his life on the evening of April 6, 2022. A graduate of Westview High School, he was known for his skillful and passionate work on anything from cars to computers. On that fateful evening, what began as an online arrangement to sell vape cartridges ended in a fatal encounter in the parking lot of the New Covenant Worship Center.
