On a Monday afternoon in May of 2021, gunshots shattered the day in the Carrollton Ridge neighborhood of Baltimore. When the tragic event was over, Ronald Decosta White Jr., a 40-year-old male, had been shot multiple times in the 200 block of Harmison Street. First responders rushed him to a nearby trauma center, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he died at the hospital.
