On a summer evening in Baltimore, the life of 39-year-old Johnny Timmons, a Black male, was cut short by gunfire. On July 12, 2016, police responded to a report of a double shooting in the 2800 block of Ashland Avenue. Arriving at the scene, officers discovered two men inside a black Acura, both suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims was Johnny Timmons, who did not survive his injuries.
