In the midst of New Year's Day celebrations in 2014, a tragic event unfolded on the streets of West Baltimore, forever altering the lives of one family. Frank Anthony Turner, a 48-year-old male, was gunned down in broad daylight alongside his 21-year-old son, Anthony Dionne Turner. The father and son were walking on the sidewalk in the 3900 block of Edmondson Avenue when they were fatally shot.
