Frank Anthony Turner, aged 48, was tragically killed on January 1, 2014, in Baltimore, Maryland. He and his 21-year-old son, Anthony Dionne Turner, were gunned down in broad daylight while walking on the sidewalk near the corner of Normandy and Edmondson. The incident occurred just one day after New Year's Eve celebrations, marking the first murders of 2014 in Baltimore.
