On June 5, 2023, at approximately 1:02 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers in Baltimore responded to the 1300 block of Bonsal Street for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered 24-year-old Kelvin Siem suffering from gunshot wounds in the rear of the block.
