Reginal Goodall, a 30-year-old man from Baltimore, MD, was tragically shot and killed on August 8, 2020. Goodall was found in his car around 9:02 p.m. in the 1100 block of Patterson Park Avenue, near the Middle East neighborhood of Baltimore.
