In the afternoon hours of June 13, 2016, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet of a Northeast Baltimore neighborhood, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Steven Nelson, a 24-year-old Black male from Baltimore, Maryland, was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the 3500 block of Brehms Lane.
