Henry Euceda-Orellana, a 21-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on December 14, 2020. He was shot and killed at a gas station located in the 1100 block of Dundalk Avenue in Baltimore’s Graceland Park neighborhood.
