Troy Edward Midder, aged 34, was shot and killed on September 13, 2015, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred early on a Sunday morning at a gas station located at 25th Street and Harford Road. Troy was found shot inside his vehicle, and despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries.
