Albert Manning, a 37-year-old male, was fatally shot in South Baltimore on May 11, 2025. The incident occurred in the 3500 block of 2nd Street, where officers responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 6:47 a.m. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered Manning with a gunshot wound to the upper body.
