In the early morning hours of May 11, 2025, the life of 37-year-old Albert Manning, a Black male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. Officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 3500 block of 2nd Street at approximately 6:45 a.m. and discovered Manning suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
