Jaymaris R. Alexander, a 21-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life on March 25, 2015. His death was one of two separate shooting incidents that occurred in Fort Wayne that week, both of which were ruled as homicides by the Allen County Coroner’s office. Jaymaris Alexander was found dead in the back of an empty home slated for demolition. The coroner's office confirmed that he died from at least one gunshot wound.
