On the night of November 30, 2016, tragedy struck at a Marathon gas station located at the intersection of Lafayette Street and South Clinton Street in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It was there that 22-year-old male Sha Rif was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot around 1:45 a.m. Emergency responders arrived to find him lying near the front door of the store.
