Yael Edu Esparza, a 19-year-old from Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 2, 2022. The incident occurred near the 300 block of West Wildwood Avenue around 9:20 PM. Police responded to reports of a shooting and found Esparza with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention and being transported to Lutheran Hospital, Esparza succumbed to his injuries.
