On the afternoon of February 20, 2018, a violent incident unfolded at an apartment complex on Northcrest Drive in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Shaquille Jovon Rancefer, a 24-year-old Black male, was inside his residence when he was targeted by an unknown assailant.
