Christopher Iziekel Easton, a 15-year-old from Fort Wayne, Indiana, lost his life to gun violence on January 13, 2024. The incident occurred just after midnight in the 4900 block of Vance Avenue on the city’s northeast side. Fort Wayne police officers were called to the area after reports of shots being fired at 12:05 a.m., and shortly thereafter, they were informed that someone had been shot.
