In the early hours of May 25, 2018, the life of 28-year-old Dominik Alaijuon Files was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire on Gaywood Drive in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Responding to reports of gunshots shortly before 2:30 a.m., police discovered a grim scene in the 4800 block of the residential street. Files, a male, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. His death was officially ruled a homicide by the Allen County Coroner's Office.
