James Jarreau "Dro" Williams Sr., aged 31, passed away on October 16, 2017, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Born on February 21, 1986, in Indianapolis, Indiana, he was the son of James Alfred Williams and Geraldine Fowlkes-Williams. James was a long-time resident of Fort Wayne and worked as a laborer in the construction field. He is survived by his parents, his son, James J. Williams Jr., and his grandmother, Carrie Fowlkes.
