Tristan Carter

In the early evening of Saturday, February 2, 2019, the life of 31-year-old Tristan Tywan Norton Carter, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was discovered on the street in the 1000 block of Senate Avenue at approximately 8:38 p.m. having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. His death was officially ruled a homicide by the Allen County Coroner's Office, marking the first homicide in Allen County for that year.
