Tristan Tywan Norton Carter, a 31-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life on February 2, 2019. The incident occurred on a Saturday night when Carter was found with multiple gunshot wounds near the intersection of Gaywood Drive and Senate Avenue. Despite being rushed to the hospital in critical condition, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
