Marcus Rogan, a 22-year-old from Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life on April 9, 2017. He was attending a birthday party at the Bleu Diamond strip club when he was shot and killed. The incident occurred around 4 a.m., and Rogan was shot ten times in the face, neck, and torso. The shooter, identified as James Ellis Starks III, also wounded three other individuals in the crowd, including Rogan's cousin, Deshawn.
