In the autumn of 2018, the life of 21-year-old Drake Amir Wells, a male resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Sunday, September 30th, police were called to a home in the 3500 block of Congress Avenue following reports of a shooting.
