On a summer day in Indianapolis, the life of a beloved father and entrepreneur was tragically cut short. Kenneth Edward Dean, a 35-year-old man, was discovered deceased in a vehicle on the city's east side on July 7, 2022. The car was located in the front yard of a residence in the 1100 block of Ridgeview Drive.
