Darian Jamar Wiley, a 27-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was fatally shot on May 6, 2023, in what is believed to be a botched robbery. The incident occurred in the Kennedy-King neighborhood near 21st Street and Central Avenue, where Wiley and his friend, 24-year-old Olivia Brown, were targeted.
