In the early morning hours of May 18, 2020, the life of 21-year-old Ronnie D. Hall, a Black male, was cut short in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Police and paramedics were dispatched to the Woodview Manor Apartments around 3:40 a.m. after receiving reports of a car crashing into one of the buildings.
