Larry Montreal Briggs, a 27-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life on December 30, 2019. He was found on a sidewalk off Central Drive near Eckart Street around 2 p.m. that day. The Allen County Coroner’s Office determined that Briggs died from multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide.
