Edward L. Kiel, a 28-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life on July 6, 2016. Kiel was fatally shot while sitting in a car on McKinnie Avenue. The incident occurred as he was in the company of the shooter's former girlfriend. The shooter, identified as Christopher Figgs, approached the vehicle and opened fire, resulting in Kiel's death.
