In the winter of 2017, the life of Foster Doughty, a 28-year-old male from Fort Wayne, Indiana, was tragically cut short. On Wednesday, December 20, 2017, his body was discovered in an alley in the 5500 block of Webster Street. An unidentified witness had reported the finding in the area of Paulding and Webster streets, prompting an investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department.

The Allen County Coroner's Office later determined that Foster Doughty's death was a homicide. The cause of ...
