Spencer Michal "Penny" Smith, a 20-year-old from Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically passed away on August 19, 2017. Spencer was shot and killed at the East Central Tower Apartments, an incident that has left his family and community seeking justice for years. On the night of his death, Spencer was reportedly babysitting for a friend at the apartment complex.
