In the spring of 2018, the life of Gregory Harris Jr., a 28-year-old Black male from Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically cut short. On March 30, 2018, Harris was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds in the 3000 block of East 35th Street on the city's east side. person of interest. Clifton Coats Jr., who was 29 years old at the time, was identified as a suspect in Harris's murder.
