A 10 yr old newspaper boy is abducted and killed
Jerry Michael "Mike" Bayles Jr., a 10-year-old boy from Indianapolis, was tragically abducted and murdered on October 3, 1970, while delivering newspapers. He was last seen around 5:00 a.m. near South Harris Street, wearing dark olive green pants, black tennis shoes, a yellow shirt with pinkish stripes, and a blue windbreaker jacket.
