Brandon Lamonte Drake, a 35-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was fatally shot on October 18, 2023, which coincidentally was his 35th birthday. The incident occurred early in the morning, just before sunrise, in the vicinity of Primrose Avenue.
