Robert Howard, a 22-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on March 25, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the parking lot of a Waffle House located on Pendleton Pike in Lawrence, a suburb of Indianapolis.
