In the winter of 2023, the life of John Randolph Bonilla Jr., a 44-year-old Hispanic/Latino male, was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. On the morning of December 14th, police were called to a room he was renting in the 2200 block of North Illinois Street following a report of a person down. Upon arrival before 11 a.m., they discovered Mr. Bonilla with evident trauma. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
