In the chill of a November morning in Indianapolis, a grim discovery was made that would forever alter the lives of two families. On November 12, 2020, police were called to a home in the 4300 block of Carrollton Avenue, where they found two young men, 19-year-old Jaylen Beatty and his 18-year-old friend, Dana Sharp, deceased. The case was immediately investigated as a double homicide.
