In the spring of 2021, a life was tragically cut short on the northeast side of Indianapolis. On the afternoon of Friday, May 7th, police were called to the 2400 block of Beckwith Drive, near the intersection of 25th Street and Hillside Avenue, following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a man who had been shot. Medics were unable to save him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim was identified as 32-year-old Adrian Grigley II.
