Marcus Ford, a 46-year-old man from Indianapolis, was found dead on December 21, 2016. His body was discovered burning in front of a vacant house on the city’s northeast side. Investigators determined that Ford had been shot before being intentionally set on fire, and the Marion County Coroner’s Office ruled his death a homicide.
