Robert T. "Woog" Pinner, aged 27, was tragically shot and killed on February 12, 2012, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred in the early morning hours on the far east side of Indianapolis, near Brentwood Drive. Police responded around 6 a.m. and found Pinner unresponsive at the scene. He was pronounced dead shortly after.
