On June 9, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred on the near northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident took place in the 2900 block of Station Street, near East 30th Street and North Sherman Drive, shortly after 9 p.m..
When Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers responded to the report of a person shot, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite initial reports that the victim was in critical condition, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
